any monkey can do a cam swap. its takes skill to degree and set preload correctly 700-1000 is decent labor for a FULL swap..

HPE did/does $1,300 cam/springs/labor/tune

Can't really tell (no punctuation) if he wants cam, springs and pushrods or Comp Cam springs and pushrods installed. Either way, springs don't require preload set and cam swaps are a breeze. No need to "degree" (other than lining the timing dots up) the cam.

Colekill. Did you get it done? If all you want are springs and pushrods. The cam will be a bit more. I've done several cam/springs/pushrods swaps on the trucks and the F-Bodys. Let me know.
