hey guys first post.. Ive got a 2003 gmc 1500 5.3l 4x4 with 60,000 kms thats a daily driver, but its gutless as you know! id like to swap heads and cam for more power, while still keeping reliability. any help is greatly appreciated!

 

have you done any mods to the truck so far? if not, i'd first start by getting your PCM tuned and doing the usual bolt-ons of long tube headers, maybe some electric fans, even a higher stalling torque converter.

 

not really, ive put a brute force CAI and a hypertech tuner, and an electric exhaust cutout.
