need help .... 6.0hhh

Default need help .... 6.0hhh

i have a 6.0 with the 228/228 588/588 on a 112lsa....i also have a 3200 qc stall with full bolt on....i had my g80 and went with a 1.86 60 ft.. and hit a time of 12.74 @104 so i went and put my eaton posi and hit a 1.70 60 but my times didnt drop i hit a 12.72 @104 so i was wondering when u drop ur 60 times should be better what could of happen that i didnt lowered them??? i am thinkin of changing my cam and what would u all recomend.....i ran with 28" hoosiers....

Yes you should have went better on the top end if you cut a better 60 ft.. Run it again and see if it changes. I wouldn't change any thing. It is or will be somthing stupid

I figure Temperature affects your top end more than your 60

Were the track conditions the same in both runs?

It is possible that maybe the tranny was slipping a little bit? Just a thought

I would be willing to bet the weather was different, or somthing stupid like trans slip, could you have slightly lifted at the end?

well the weather was alot cooler and my tranny i dont think it slips its a brand new 4l65 that i had it build and its working fine just dont know what can possibly wrong i ran with 11 psi on tires i might try getting more air in them!

i would try lifting right before the finish line.

that should net some better times...
