I own a 2006 chevy 2500HD 4x4 with a 6.0. I need to know who makes a good long tube headers for the truck. and I was wondering a good very safe cam?

Kooks makes a great set of headers. Do search for headers on the site and I am sure you will turn up some good options and good testimonials.
