Default Need exhaust help

I have a 2005 silverado 5.3 right now my exhaust is a true dual set up stock manifolds back. And the pipe is pretty small too but im not sure on the size. But it goes from the manifolds into the cats then into the mufflers and not sure what kind of mufflers they are. It sounds good how it is but i like to have it louder and deeper. I want to get some long tube headers soon too and i would like to change that pipe with either 2.5 or 3" pipe. Any ideas on mufflers, should i get rid of the cats?

If you get rid of your cats, it will be louder but then you will throw a O2 code. A short magnaflow will be louder and a flowmaster super 44 will be deeper. The headers will also make it louder. Or keep it the way it is and put cutouts on it!! then it gets real loud!!
