Need exhaust choice help....

My brother's got a '99 Tahoe LT (don't ask what L engine) and he's looking to buy a good dual exhaust.
Not lookin' to spend lots of dough. Around 300-400.
Deep
Loud
Good performance
dual outlet

How about one of the flowmaster force II series exhaust systems? I spent about 300 for mine from summit racing. It has a nice deep sound to it for the most part, but not so much as where it could get anoying on the highway.
