Default need advice

02 silverado with 4:10 gears,blackbear tune,lt headers with corsa muffler,e-fans,intake,whats some other things i can do besides heads and cam....thanks.....

Ported t-body/tru-trac/stall converter/1.8 rockers/90mm intake mani/under drive pulley/plugs&wires...off the top of my head..but don't be afraid to do a small cam..you will love it

Trailblazer Torque converter. A cam is not that hard to change. there is a good tech guide on how to install the cam. In a truck it is pretty much straight forward.
