hey BlackGMC, I've messed around a little bit trying lead at my house but I haven't done it on any "real" work. All I can say is buy a book on it and read up on techniques before you start. It was pretty cool playing around trying to smooth some gaps and everything. I had some lead left over from making jig heads for fishing lol. You can buy good lead for car use that's just a little different mix. The stuff I was using had a bunch of tin in it so it tarnished after a week or two unpainted.

I finally got my tubing in from summit.... Finished up the the tube and got everything mocked into place. I even made a stand-off for the radiator hose so it does not touch the tube. Next is paint. I just bought a new Low Pressure/High volume spray gun I finally get to try out.
