Wow i missed this thread congrats on finishing the new motor and trans. is there anything different about the ls1 than the truck motor?(execpt for being aluminum Just curious i know they are pretty much the same.

The only difference I found is the LS1 block didn't have the bung for the rear most bolt on the AC bracket mount, so I just put that bolt with the rest of the "extra" parts I had left over, lol.

It's not to bad, depends on how I drive it, lol. Normal mostly city driving like i do, I've been getting about 14.5. Highway is about 15.5-16. I did get 17.3 out of a tank the other day, but that was with a lot of 55-70 driving and not much boosting. These 60lbs/hr injectors can really poor the fuel to it at 15psi

No, that's on gas. There is only one station in WY that sells the stuff and it's about 60 miles from my house. I would run it though they are always about 90c cheaper for it then 91 and I like the stuff.

Yep. I'm thinking about something a little bigger, but I'm waiting for MP to get some of there new T76 in.

You need to, I want to see how that little sucker runs!!
