Default my coolant is clear?

my coolant on the top half is clear, is that how it looks when its hot or something?

mine always has a nice pink color. you can see it pretty good through the clear plastic reservoir. could be condesation. probably wouldn't worry about it. as long as you don't see debris floating around. to be safe though, just buy some Dex-cool and add some to the overflow tank and maybe in the radiator without mixing it 50/50 with water

The top half of what? are you saying your reservoir is FULL of liquid?
