This question is like AC/DC's "Shook Me All Night Long"..............It's just soooooooo over played!

There really is no "Best Muffler". It all will come down to what you want your exhaust to sound like. So...you need to make that decision for yourself. If you buy every muffler that all of us tell you is the best, then you'll be out $100,000 and alot of time changing mufflers until you fidn the one you are pleased with.

i had got the cats cut off on my truck the 1st day i got it but i figured out that the muffler i have isnt a super 40 cuz aarent the super 40's black? the one i had was silver but i need a full exhaust which i am gonna get i a lil while

Keep in mind the muffler likely won't be the most restrictive part of your exhaust - that's probably going to be your cats. So as long as you're muffler is flowing more than, what is it 480 or 580 CFM at the stock cats?? - you'll be fine as far as performance goes. As far as sound - a lot of the muffler sites have sound clips on their site you can listen to.
