MTI Tune Results

I'm suprised as well at the lower numbers. If I'm correct, I've seen an SS make close to 290 rwhp semi-stock. Several SSs with minor mods like you have and a good tune have made 310-320 rwhp.
What was your final air/fuel ratio and timing numbers on those pulls?

If it at all possible, you should take a brisk 20 minute ride with logging software before you dyno tune. That would give the tuner a great baseline to look for changes. When you dyno tune only, the PCM is tuned to improve max performance only. As you drive the PCM will compare the changes made and make subtle improvements to all of the intermediate paramaters every ten minutes of drive time. That is why it may take a few hundred miles to really notice performance increases.

I'm going to drive it a week or two to decide if I really want to raise the shift points to 5800 or so. I can't remember who tuned it for me, but as of this moment I am not a happy camper.
