if you want 13's on a $1500 with a 5.3 I doubt it will happen, unless its going in a go cart frame. See my mods, I'm still in the 15's maybe high 14's with traction. If you really want 13's spray the hell out of the 4.8. A buddy has one with only a ported/ polished Tb and ran a best 13.89 with a 4.8 and 100 shot. Good luck
