Accel ignition coils? Wires?. Anyway, All the electrical on the truck is top notch and is not worth replacing unless you like colors under the hood!

A set of MSD wires is all you need.

I don't recommend porting your own TB.
Let some one that knows what to do to one do it.
Like Shaner. If you want throttle responce and quicker 1/4 mile times that is the only way to go.

MSD will have multi spark coils for out trucks the early part of 05 but a 79 bucks each retail most of you guys will not bother getting them.

Mine are already on order.

About how much would a custom tune set me back? And what about cams? I heard crane cams are good for up to 70HP

A custom tune price will depend on your year of truck but any where from $360 to $460. And as far as the exhaust flowmasters with no cats is the way to go in my book.

I agree, most of your listed mods would require head/cam swaps to make use of them.
AEM makes some good stuff, but most of the CAI are very similar. Price should be your final driver. Same with cat back exhaust, let price be your guide and/or your ears.
Custom tune will be your best investment listed. It will also let you grow with any future mods too. Nelson, Westers, etc, or buy your own software like HPTuners or LS1Edit.
Have fun, keep us posted on the mod list!

That's cool. I can spend up to $1100-$1200 as of now. I just wish I had a 6.0L. I am really starting to consider jacking the 6.0L out of my dad's truck, he'll never know Oh yeah, where and how do I get a Nelson/custom tune? Would have to ship it to him? Would someone around he be able to do it? Sorry about all the questions.
