mill heads, what length pushrod?

If I mill my heads .030, what size pushrod do I need to run? This is a 6.0l block and heads. I have the LQ4 so I want to up to compression to around 10.0:1

Also I am running a 2001 (not 2002 like Sweet 01 sold it to me as) Z06 cam and springs. With a base circle or .520 compared to .550
