Default Mighty mouse 228/228 4.8 cam

Wondering who has tried a 228/228 in a 4.8 how are the results?
the 228/228 will be backed up by a 3600 triple disc stall, being a single cab im hoping it will haul ***!
What lsa would be good ? Im not sure which lsa to choose, 112 or 110?
Any info would be greatly appreciated bros!

It will most likely be faster with a smaller cam.

i currently have a 220/220 112lsa, it works good but i want more power, alot of people have recommended 228/228 on a 110lsa, but I always see people going for the 112, curious to see who has that combo.

The smaller LSA moves the power in sooner but sacrifices some top end.

Sounds like you need to do a 6.0/6.2 swap or boost.

You need more ci or boost. There is a certain point where the more power will make it slower. It may make more peak power at 7200rpm but the loss down low will hurt it more then the extra few gained hp.

... and sacrifices idle quality too for a street driven vehicle (nice choppy idle).
