Thats what happen to my truck about a year ago, I ended up biting a chunk out of my #7 piston hahaa.

He wont be running with us tongiht.

See that was hte problem...He was tryin to run with me last night. LOL and im N/A/ nah j/k but he didnt beat me but by 1/2 to 1 car link and that was when we hit about 100.....reminder this was on street not a designated track or anything. Just 3 honk and go till someone lets off.

Blue smoke + detonation = FUBAR piston(s). I cracked the upper ring lands and rings in the Dodge but still managed to drive it 800 miles home thru the TX-NM desert in the summer. No smoke but the piece of ring stuck in the spark plug electrode and the oil purge thru the vent tube under boost told me something was amiss....

This sounds familiar. Any ticking sounds coming from the cylinder? Like this?

BTW, where did he find his "Cheap" Magnacharger? I've never seen one. Even a side mount is over $1000 used.
