Attached are the measurements of the "1 7/8" LT's and "3 1/2" ORY

The diameter of the primaries should be measured as the OD. It looks good though.

The 4" mark is on the outside edge of the tube. Picture angle is deceiving.

Agreed, tubing is measured OD (such as primaries).

I knew that going into this, thats why the tape starts on the far outside of the tube. My calipers are MIA so the ole tape was all I had. Did i do something wrong?

What we mean is you have to measure primary tubing at the outside of the tube....bot right there at the flange. I guess you could wrap the tape around the primary, get an "accurate" read on that, and then divide by Pi to get the diameter.

Yesterday would have been perfect for dividing by 3.14

HE KNOWS.. You can see the o.d of the 1-7/8" pipe through the header flange where he is holding his tape as they are not welded on that side..Anywhere away from a bend is accurate..

And what are you bolting that 3.5" y-pipe up to?

I've gotta finish floors in my house 1st. Shoulda been done already but life happened.lol

The stock exhaust on 6.2's are 3.5" however I'm upgrading to 4"
