Default Matching cam to stock 243 heads

Hey guys looking to upgrade my cam to better match my 243 heads. Current cam is Comp 216/220 .525 .532 lift and 114 LSA. My 243 heads are milled .030 and otherwise stock with new valves and .650 lift springs.
Stock 243 Casting
Stock Head Flow Numbers
Chamber 64.45 cc-------0.100---0.200--0.300--0.400---0.500---0.550---0.600
Intake 210 cc------------62------126----184----224-----251----256----257
Exhaust 75 cc------------57------108----143----163-----176----180----183

Thinking of shooting for .550 to .600 range. Maybe BTR stage 4 cam? Shoot me some suggestions. Truck is ext cab and I tow frequently. Thanks in advance.

You can definitely grab more power with a larger cam. Question is where are you looking for power? How do you like the idle of what you currently have? Are you running the stock converter?

Looking for a cam with a wide rpm power range. Lets be honest I will probably only take it to the track once a year. Like the idle of my 216/220 has a nice lope when warm, but would love it to chop a little more. Have a stock converter currently, but will probably switch it out soon.

Sounds nice! I'm for sure leaning closer to .600 lift. Just don't want to go beyond that because of my heads.
