I Heard If You Take The Honey Comb Out The Air Flow Sensor It Helps Out In Power Is This Tru 2001 Silverado 4.8

Nope, just causes problems later on...that is one of the "free" mods. They are free because they suck and don't help do anything.

Ill trade you my de-screened MAF for your stock one

It will feel a little better on a stock truck but once you get a tune you'll want the stock MAF

I took mine out and my air to fuel ratio when I dynoed it was perfect?
Also I heard that the Z06 vettes dont have them in it.
But I would keep it in there, also what kind of problems are common with doing this mod?

No problems with the descreened MAFs. Just a .4-.6 change in your a/f ratio which works out good for stock tunes.

If you had your tune tuned for the descreend MAF then it would all be the same in the end.
