Question Manual Transmission People

I have an 01 Silverado with a T56 trans. My problem is the clutch pedal is to close to the floor for disengagement. I know Mcleod makes a master cylinder for the cars that flows more and this changes the engagement further up but they don't have one for the trucks. What are you guys using?

Surely some of you guys are running 5 or 6 speed trans in your trucks. I am thinking I will have to modify an F body master cylinder to get what I need.
