Default Maintence/Catching up

Hey guys, I got a 99 silverado with a 5.3 that has 183k highway miles on it. It is by no means weak, it outruns a couple other 5.3s around town. I have changed the air and fuel filters, and changed the oil. I also have some new ngk tr55's to put in but what else should I do ? What ohms resistance should the spark plug wires be? If they are too high should I replace them with gm replacement or aftermarket units and which aftermarket if thats the way to go? I figured changed the trans filter and should I put a transgo shift kit in it? I do plan on modding it with a 6.0 swap in about a year. I figured change the transfer case oil, front and rear diff oils but what brand and visocity do I use? Are there any lube points I should grease up? Also when I hit the e-brake, it doesnt hold the truck, it drags it down but wont hold it, what is most likely the culprit there? Is there anything I should do to clean the engine up on the inside? Should I pull the injectors and let them sit in solvent to clean them out? If so what solvent so it wont eat them? What fuel pressure should I be running at idle and on the throttle? Should I pull the throttle body off and clean it up? I cut off the baffles on the intake tube and will cut up the box on it soon. Does the pcv system get dirty on these? Should I clean it up and if so, how? What numbers should a compression test reveal? I know its alot of questions but I just got this truck and need to catch up on alot of maintence. Any freemods that are worth doing? I saw a gauge cluster on ebay today that had a built in tranny temp guage and a 120 mph speedo, can I just plug it in and go or do I have to wire up the tranny temp guage? They said the wiring was already there, just gm too cheap to put in the guages, is this true?
Thanks,
Mack

O2 sensors
Plugs
Clean PCV w/ GM top end cleaner
tranny

Rear diff is 75w90 synthetic not sure on front, prolly same.
tranny filter would be good.
fuel filter and some good fuel treatment will work.

fuel pressure is around 54 I THINK.

Default Wires For Sure

Chances are when you pull them off to change the plugs they will break inside anyway.

How do you clean the pcv valve? Are their 4 oxygen sensors on these trucks? The fronts and rears? How much are the o2 sensors and plug wires?
