i will check those youtubes up no doubt but yea corsa is expensive but that sound just i dunno gets me and thats why i'm buying it but guess i will just have to see how much money i have left over

 

i checked up tribaltatts70 that corsa sounds good and i can see you like those low riding trucks haha

 

I actually have James's old truck, the 02 in my sig. It has a corsa sport on it now, again, and I love it. It is real raspy when it's around 3-4000rpms. It needs a bullet in front of the muffler to tame that part down. I have a 22" magnaflow on my z71 and I don't really like it. It sounds like a quite glasspack to me. It's quiter under throttle but has a drone on the highway, where the corsa doesn't. The corsa is kind of loud sitting at an idle and under throttle but no drone and quite on the highway. They have the corsa touring muffler which is a little more tame. I would buy just a muffler instead of the cat back, that **** is way to expensive. Keep an eye out in the classifieds and you can pick one up for a couple hundred.

 

Magnaflows are nice! But I would never go back after having my corsa, beautifull sound, little quiet for my taste on a stock truck, but once I got the cats off for the turbo it sounded like a z06, tons of comments on how good it sounded, not obnoxious at all

 

yea i'm leaning towards the corsa sport but does anyone know a could website where i might be able to find the cheapest price cause i'm gonna buy it then just take it up to the shop

Does corsa still sell the DB mufflers? I have a DB muffler with a 12" bullet in front and sounds great for the price.

 

Does anyone on here have a sound clip of what a corsa sounds like on a stock truck? My buddy has a stock 06 avalanche and he is having a hard time deciding on what muffler to get. He likes it to be mellow down low but wants some growl up high and no drone,I tried getting him to do straight pipes like me but that isn't gonna happen. Thanks fellas

 

I have some videos of the corsa db black muffler on my stock truck 3 years ago before I did the cam swap and Long Tubes. The corsa DB sounds a little different than the corsa sport and such, but they quit making the corsa db black and red series mufflers. Every now and then you can find them on ebay or an online auto parts store. Corsa makes a newer DB series muffler that is a round style muffler, but they normally only come with a catback kit.
