For now, stock SS manifolds, cats, and dual pipes down the passenger's side of the truck.

What did you pay for the tailpipe if you don't mind me asking? Is that muffler a dual 3 inch in and single 4 inch out? I like the way it turned out alot, and I love the way a Magnaflow sounds.

Yes, it is the 3" dual in, 4" single out Magnaflow polished stainless muffler. The tailpipe was just over $100 shipped to my door. It came in 2 pieces and fit great, no modifications at all.

You damn near duplicated my setup except I used and Aero Turbine STX 640 Polished stainless mufffler, also 3" in/ 4"out. Can't believe more people don't use this setup, other than hangers, this is damn near a catback system for the 6.o.

I chose the Aero because of the airfoiled chamber at the inlet of the muff. Otherwise it is very similar to the Magnaflow. Supposed to kill the drone, and it does, I have none. Although I had to remove the megaphone of a tip. When I first installed it, I was pissed big time because I had the most annoying 1800-2200rpm drone. I removed the tip and it went silent.

This clip is terrible, bad camera and garage noise, but you get the idea. I think it is a little deeper than the Magnaflow, but very similar. I need to get a better clip though. Can't wait to hear it with LT's and no cats

BigCountry what tail pipe section are you running on your truck? I think once you put the LTs on and take the cats out, it will be alot louder and might drone. I have a dual in single out 3 inch now and the drone was aweful. I had to add a resonator from a Corsa exhaust that a friend of mine had that he didn't use. I am putting in a nice cam that should have a nice lope to it, I want to hear it but I don't want to have a bunch of drone.

I'm running the same 4" tailpipe that C383 has, the Magnaflow #15463. I hate drone with a passion. I make too many 400 mile trips to handle a 2000 rpm buzz in my ear. But, we will see what happens with the LT's.
