Finally getting rid of the Flowmaster, and I'd like to go with a Magnaflow to replace it with. I have 3 inch in, dual 2 1/2 inch outlets to two 3 1/2 inch tips. Will there be any cab resonance with any Magnaflow muffler I choose? I'd like to get the shorter muffler which is 14 inches for the body length, but there are the 18 and 24 inch body lengths. Which one will have the loudest exterior sound without any cab resonance? Also, where can I order one on the internet for a pretty good price? Cheapest one without shipping I have found is $93.99. Thanks guys!

 

The smaller you go, the louder they get. I have a 22 inch body muffler on my truck and it sounds great. On my 01 I had 2 14 inch and the sound was awesome. Eather way, you are not going to interior resonance.

Thanks guys... ordered it earlier from a site for 93.99. I got the middle sized muffler, 18 inches. Install will be on Monday, I will let ya know how it worked out.
