I have the 22" long 3" single in single out Magnaflow and it is unbeliveably quiet at idle. Almost like stock. But when you get on it, it sounds awesome.

They also make a 18" long muffler for our trucks which is supposedly a little louder.

They make them in all kinds of inlet/outlet configurations. I think the outlet is really just what ever you prefer. I went with the single out the side becasue I don't like tips under the bumper on a lowered truck.

magnaflow told me that the 3" in and single 3" out was best for my 5.3. the duel out the back is produced mainly to satisfy those who are only aftre looks and sound. they're both great setups.
