Default Magnaflow Muffler

I am thinking about going with the Magnaflow 12568 dual 2.5 in dual 2.5 out dumped. Do you guys think that is a good idea or should i just do a y pipe single in single out dumped???

it wouldnt be bad. but if you have a near stock motor you will lose a little low end with 2.5 duals.

i would stick with the y personally since GM gives you one

I am curious about the Magnaflows. I need something that is good performance but is not loud. Wife says definately no glass packs on this truck. I want to keep my stock exhaust single exit, I like the way it looks. I am thinking the 3" dual in/out p/n 12469. Am I going to be choking my truck horribly if I leave the single exit 3" tailpipe??
