MAF Translator wiring?

MAF Translator wiring?
How do I wire in the MAF Translator into my harness?
I thought it was a plug in deal, but I guess not for 5 wire trucks, a previous thread said it must be hard wired.
I'm guessing the pinks, go together, the instructions say the yellows go together on one side and green to yellow on the other. I've got a black wire on the translator and a black/Gray, a tan, and a purple on the harness?
