Would I gain anything by switching to a 5.3 or 6.0 maf and tb?

Sorry to hyjack the thread but v8 kinda answerd a question i was about to post i need to replace a bad maf on my 2003 5.3 and wandered if i got one from a junkyard would any be good? 99+ 4.8 thru 6.0 they are all the same??
