Does GM have a larger MAF sencor that will work on an 01 truck with little wiring changes.

I think not. Why do you need one?

I'm gathering parts for my 408. I've got a TBSS intake and a holley 90mm TB , P&P'ed 243,s and a large cam.

Some of the aftermarket MAF's have the newer GM sensors. You can also put together you own (make your own housing or buy a pre-fab and buy the sensor to mount). I went with an aftermarket for simplicity since I was already doing a lot of other stuff at the time and their site had very good wiring instructions to swap the pins (was simple).

Run the MAF for a 2010 Camaro and use this pipe.
