Default LT's vs. shorties.

How would LT's be better than shorties with and offroad pipe with no cats. You would think they would flow just as freely?

how much diff. would there be? The exuast will flow freely either way right? I think shorties and offroad y-pipe would be less expensive.

a big diff... i think that if your going to get shorties just use the stock manifold....i think the reason they don't flow as well is because the tubes are bent more radical to get it to the much closer collector... not 100% on that so don't quote me...

I went from shorties to lt a few years ago a could tell a significant difference. Spend the money for the lt headers now or you will regret it when you sell the shorties to get the lt.

I too went from shorties to lt's...night and day difference. Didn't feel a difference in the shorties over stock, but definitely felt a difference in the lt's and catted y-pipe over the shorties.
