so I got my intake and had to buy a new injector due to one breaking and I want to get everything to do the swap
I lubed up the injector and went to try and put it in the intake and it wouldn't go, it doesn't feel like its the oring stopping it it actually feels like the piece below the oring. I called FIC to see what orings I needed and they said I need the green oring which I have but I am sure its not the oring that's causing the problem
I have truck injectors from FIC and I will try calling them again tomorrow but has anyone had this problem with the piece below the oring being to big?
I don't want to push to hard and break that piece cause that's actually what happened with the last injector in my TBSS intake.

talked to FIC and I ordered new 60lb at 43.5psi injectors with the smaller plastic piece under the bottom oring
I could have just took the plastic piece off but decided to just get bigger injectors and the right ones instead

 

had a problem on my 2012 5.3. comp didnt supply the rite orings. my mechanic fabbed some a/c orings and shrink wrap.

 

I am using orange o rings from fast with 42# injectors and I had to push the **** out of the fuel rails to seat the sum bitchs in!! Lol
