lsxrt fuel injector o-rings (HELP)

4 Attachment(s)
hey guys i finally finished up getting the lsxrt intake on but i have a problem....
where the fuel injectors go into the intake it seems i need thicker o-rings.
the blue ones i have now are snug but not real tight, after running my truck for a few mins 2 of them where leaking abit.
so i need help finding some that are abit thicker.

here is what i have now.

0.30 ID
Attachment 147965

0.59 OD
Attachment 147966

Attachment 147967

Attachment 147968

so i need the o-rings with the same ID but the OD needs to be atleast 0.62
if you guys know where i could find some that would be awesome.

Thanks.

What injectors are you running.
If there stock type injectors did you swap the lower o rings out with the ones in the kit?
Also I am putting my lsxrt together now and feel my injectors dont go in far enough. They seem way to far up and not close enough to spray properly. Im running Delphi 44s

I would try contacting racetronix. They are in Canada so shipping will be quick.

the ones that came with the kit are way to loose on the injectors.
im using Fast 60lb injectors.

Are you talking about the uppers or lowers? The LS1 and LS2 style injector uppers are the exact same, but the LS2 lowers are slightly thicker.

I'm running injectors off a 2010 silverado 5.3flex. I tried using the o ring fast supplied but they were too big, they would fit at all, so I re used the o ring from the stock 2010 5.3 flex. I'd if that helps, hopefully it helps.

the lowers where the injectors go into the intake.

I know this is random but I have a 96 Trans Am and the fuel injectors will not seal to their connections in the intake manifold because they leak smoke whenever I smoke test them. They are causing a vacuum leak essentially. I happened to come across your thread, and I was wondering where I can find those blue fuel injector O-rings. I'm looking for a rings with the same outside diameter and the same inside diameter.

Thank you!

If you need something custom I have bought ones from here for various things: https://www.theoringstore.com/ They have any size you can think of.
