Buy a 6.0 block, get it machined ti a 370, 402, or 408. Then buy forged internals and such and assemble

How much power will be expected on a 408 with ported and polished ls6 heads. I don't wAnt to use l92 heads cause I'll have to change out the manifold

The LSX376 also uses L92 heads, Its basicly a LS3 built for boost. The potential of a 408 is dependent on alot more than just the intake port design. Guys have been making big power on catherdral port heads long before the L92s came out and with well matched parts I'm sure you could do the same.

I would think 350-450 depending on how radical you go. Again this is just a random number without knowing more specs though.

The lsx376 is built for boost, there are much better NA options.
