I havent measured it out yet but,
the belt will be longer

I dont have any sketches, but I do have guides
to make more for others incase
this works out well

The wire loom is still there
but Im thinking of making another bracket to reroute this

Fantastic job illustrating the conversion Billy!

If I didn't have so many projects burning at the moment, I'd put together a converison kit. What you did here is great info and will no doubt help many others seeking the most from ther n/a engines.

Thanks for posting the pic of the EVAP module.

Notice you didn't show how far up the crossover sticks up (at least the ones I've seen). Not a pretty sight. If you talk to Nasty Performance they can hook you up with aftermarket rails, crossover, and a fp regulator if you need it. Kind of expensive but looks-wise, definitely the way to go.

I plan to do as you've done to get it all running. After that I'm putting in my order from Nasty.

I was going to go with whatever Nate @Nasty Performance set me up with. He actually spoke against an Aeromotive. I've never used one, so I don't have any experience with them. I forget what brand he said they were. '04 and above guys don't really have to worry about it since the fp reg is in the tank. At least that's what I understand.

the 04+ trucks uses 1 fuel line and the fpr is in the tank
this is the way I understand it also

this would make it somewhat simple for those guys thats returnless...
just change the plug ins and run a fbod fuel rails and injectors

Ive never dealt with aeromotive either
keep us UTD on how this goes
I may be real interested soon

Great write-up man! You really did a nice job on that intake...this should help alot of the folks that have been trying to find a little more flow up top...especially the guys with more cubes and strokers.
