What year Cam is it? What year is your truck? Any other mods you have? I know the 01 Ls6 cam is more recommended than the 02 Ls6 cam! But the 6.0 Truck intake is no different than the 4.8,5.3's! What size are the injectors you runin? They shouldnt make any difference in power.

The only thing that should give you some extra ponies is the cam! Not a whole bunch but you should notice a slight differennce!

I have the injectors from the 2005 HO 6.0 also. The cam is the comp cams 212-218--115 degree. 54-424-11.

ive heard upwards to 50 h/p from that cam, a good free-flowing exhaust system & a nice air intake system. I've also been told that the intake from an SSR (6.0L truck style LS-2) has a better throttle body mounting position for great flow etc. etc. etc. as well as room for a much larger throttle body.

Good luck with everything!

I have a similar cam to yours installed (SLP mild grind) and noticed .5 on the 1/4 mile with pulleys when I was N/A (silverado SS). I would expect a little less than 50 HP though. Mine does well with a Radix as well, no boost drop in high RPM's.

Default fuel injectors

This motor is in my 72 2wd blazer and has no emissions equipment. I put in all the running gear out of a 01 chevy truck including the disc brake rear end. Hopefully it will be nice. I plan on adding a turbo down the road. I also was wondering if the 2005 H.0 6.0 has bigger fuel injectors???
