HI, I have an 85 2wd swb rc p/u. I am building an ls6 for it. It will have the edelbrock intake, edelbrock carb, msd ignition driver, and asa cam. yeah, I know, I must be crazy to carburate a fuel injection engine. But anyway, I need to find someone one here that has done an ls6 swap into this body style, I need to know what engine mounts use or if they need to be fabricated.

 

Its basiclly the same exact motor as the LS1 and Im sure there are plenty of people that have done this swap with the exception of the carb but thats not your problem. You might want to google it. Ive only seen one or two older trucks on here with LS1's so if you dont get an answer you might want to use the search! You could always do custom mounts!
