Default LS3 Swap

I am wanting to build a 430 out of a LS3 block (4.070x4.125). Is there anything special that I will need to run an LS3 block in my 2000 silverado? Does the LS3 require a special crankshaft, cam, timing setup, or anything special because it is a 4th generation engine rather than a 3rd generation?

For starters...a new relucter wheel on the crank and a harness extention for the cam sensor, also entention for the knock sensors since the LS3 has them on the side of the block.
