ok, I posted about machine shops earlier, and found raymac in ft worth to be the better of the local shops. I have a extra set of 5.3 heads that I want to put in larger valves and minor p&p and bowl blending. my question is can you put ls2 valves,springs,retainers,locks ect in a 5.3 head that was machined for the larger valve? and or will it be a good choice. I just got a 03' z06 cam and just thought the ls2 head is just like the ls6 head, I can use the springs ect with the cam, right?
