Great pics John! Some up close pics of that idler pulley would be cool! So the camaro waterpump stills lines up with the serpentine? I assumed it would sit in closer to the motor? One more question, is that a truck crank pulley?

I'll try to get some pics with the pulley off. Unlike the truck water pump pulley which is real narrow, the Camaro/Corvette pump pulley is WIDE. Yes, the belt will ride in a different place on the pulley, but there is plenty of pulley there to accept any bracket arrangement!

No! Everything pictured is the truck setup with the idler pulley relocated.
The Camaro pump COULD have been use which would have brought the radiator hose nipple straight out the front (from that flat looking boss) and under the belt. But the owner doesn't want it done that way so the stock truck hose nipple has been pulled out of the pump and it will be re-angled back behind the throttle body.

is the ls1 intake worth the time. now that is the
question. i can get on for free. and what other mods do ppl recomend. just trying to get some ideas.
