Default LS1 in late model S-10??

Has anyone successfully put a LS1 in a 95-03 S-10? Is this even possible? I have a buddy who is considering this and I was hoping to find someone who has done it. He would most likely use the 6-speed tranny. Does anyone have any info/pictures of something like this? Thanks.

TransDapt makes a mount kit to do that swap.

Seen one at Memphis Motorsports Park with a LS-6 and the only reason it didn't look like a factory job was he had to trim the plastic dress up the cover the enginr in order to clear the master cylinder...looked bad *** though!
