Default LS1 into a 96 Silverado

Any of you guys do this swap? I am looking for LT's for a friend who is in the process of this swap, and he has no internet..lol

What brand, and cost I guess would be helpfull

pacesetter long tubes all the way man....they're running around 400 i think.
