Don't hold your breath on that one ... I was told 'it'll be a while'. I don't think they are even looking at the problem just sitting back enjoying watching people pay out the rear for their half assed product.

Will an LS6 work the same way on a 2000 silvy? Found a complete LS6 for only $6500!!

Yes .. that will work too, but I would pass on the LS6 for that much ... that's a little high I think.

For that kind of money, you could drop a 370 shortblock in and a set of stage 2 heads. Or a 409 shortblock. There is not enough difference between the LS^/LS! to justify the difference in price IMO. Basically it's xcam swap and oil porting holes in the block. Yes the heads are different, but again, you could get into a worked LS1 block and heads for under that price.

It is availiable, but only for bench top tunning rightnow, and Speartech has the adaptors.
