Installed my fans and harness last night. Immediately upon starting the truck, one fan kicks on and stays on. At 210* the other one still dosen't kick on. I don't know if it will overheat because it's so cold here now. Any ideas?

 

try tapping the other green wire in the loom. same thing happend to me with my install

 

Thank you sir, I'll get right on that. When I opened the harness up, I spliced the first green one I saw.

 

when i did it i tapped the ''light green wire'' as per the instructions and had the same problem you are haveing, switched green wires and bingo! working as they should.
