ls1 fan problems

Yes you probably burned a relay when your wires shorted. You might also want to add two fuses in your harness like the OEM harness uses. It will help to protect the system from electrical damage and possibly fire if you ever have a short circuit condition again.

Yep I'll do that. It turned out to be a bad relay. Would you add the fuses on the two hot wires going into the red power box?

Yes, they use a 10A on the relay trip wire and a 40A on the main draw wire. (sorry for my non-technical terms)

i just threw my clutch fan back on for now... this winter im gunna put the 05- rad and efans
