Default Ls1 edit

I am thinking about buying Ls1 edit program to tune my computer. Do you think this is a good idea, is it hard to tune a supercharger?

GMC sierra 4.8 rcsb 2wd 3.73, whipple supercharger, no cats, K&N intake, edelbrock shorties on there way

well if you dont cross yout "T"'s and dot your "I"'s your motor will go "BOOM", or even your transmission will do like wise. But if you sit down and research it and play with it. it's not bad.
I bought edit, had somebody else tune the truck, and now I go through and play with it just seeing what happens if I change this or that., but only after I have asked questions and made sure what I am doing is not harmfull to the truck.
but it is well worth having because if I need some major tuning done, all the guy has to do is e-mail it to me and I can install it, instead of driving the 3-1/2 hours to his shop.
