Use your intake manifold and injectors and fuel rails. Use your throttle body and accesories. Tune it. Run it.

10 billion people have done this. Look up txsilverado and beastmode. They are 2 that come to mind. HEMI killer also has a 5.7 (IIRC)but his is fully built. There are TONS of other guys who have done it.
