Default lq9 and 4l80e swap

to make thing short I found a lq9 and 4l80e in a truck with wiring, computer and gas peddle. im wanting to swap it in my 2002 Silverado ecsb with a v6. other then normal things cross member modifications, fuel lines, fan shroud, hoses what other things will I need to complete the swap. the motor and trans are currently in the donor truck. I buddy of mine got it for the interior and the truck runs and drives, other then reverse being out. I will use the factory trans cooler and do the exhaust work myself. im wondering if my driveshaft will work and what els I might run into?

FWIW, An LQ9 and 4L80E were never paired together from the factory.
