Yes, you can turbo your truck but there is alot more to it than just that.

Don't forget about supporting mods for the turbo, mainly fuel related and tuning.

Injectors, fuel pump, and computer tuning. Could also need upgraded transmission parts (valve body, torque converter, rebuild).

Okay you don't need a trans cooler, a rear locker or trans parts in the sense that the truck won't be turbo'd without them lol

OP let's not get too ahead of ourselves. First you should think about taking a good long look at your trans and ask yourself if it is going to survive the abuse of a turbo truck and if it cannot, will you be able to afford to replace it?

I always try to get my customers to start at the back of the truck and build forward.
Had too many want to put a lot of power in it and then break the rear end, it binds up and breaks the transmission.
Even had one break the rear end, something bound up and it broke the transmission case and crankshaft broke. It would still crank but had a bad vibration.

No point in halfway doing it when you can do it right the first time.

No I completely agree with you RDF1. Just wanted to be clear with OP that technically he doesn't need that stuff to have a working turbo truck

haha i know.. I should have been more specific.
I get too many trucks that are halfway put together it would have been cheaper to just throw away all their junk and start over.
