Mmmmmm......I was going to go with the new 1 7/8" Pacetters with just the black coating but now I am thinking about going this route since I can get these with Y pipe in stainless for less than the Pacetters with Y pipe painted black. Only thing I dont know is if the 1 7/8" would help that much more than the 1 3/4"........
depends on your cam if you have one ,

I've had this set on my truck going on for 5 years now. Only issues I've had with them was during installation. Had issues getting the truck up high enough to put the passenger side header in, and the slip fit y pipe wasn't exactly the easiest to get up in there either. But I'm happy with the overall fitment of it.

Well I spoke to soon, the headers seem to fit pretty good, but the y-pipe fits like sh*t it is right up against my drive shaft and the passenger side damn near touches the bottom of my cab, guess Ill modify for fitment

Mmmmm thats good to know. Could you possibly post some pics before you modify? Do you think one would have the same fitment issues on a 2wd? Thanks!

I should of been more clear it rubs on my front driveshaft sorry, maybe with the exit to the y pipe almost touching the cab, and Ive seen a few threads where they state that they have a primary rubbing the steering shaft, its seems kinda hit and miss with the fitment with these things, ill try and get some pics when I mess with it again

On the 2wds the headers fit good but you have to modify them on the 4wd. Most people take and heat the area of the header that rubs and bend it away from the driveshaft.

These are great, have had them for over 3 years on an 00 4wd, no fitment issues. They are knock offs made over seas, but the quality is great.
